A business advisor is a strategist who works with you to help with planning, finances, marketing, and even development. A business advisor is able to do a bit of everything. Think of them as an extension of yourself as the business owner, capable of lending their expertise where needed and spending time researching the areas where there’s the greatest business need.
For example, let’s say you’re trying to figure out which product you’d like to be associated with as a network marketer, about to release a new product. You know a successful launch of this relationship could be huge for your business, but you’re also swamped with general matters, a business advisor can be a valuable sounding board to start with, could then help you with marketing the new product, and provide invaluable advice on managing the business.
I have providing just this sort of support for 10 years for dozens of start-up entrepreneurs including a few who have ventured into network marketing. Yes, at a certain point it would be time to hand you over to a niche mentor such as Alan Noble, but before you even get to that stage, you probably need a sounding board.
